SO Handsome, for anyone who ever thought about adopting an older waiting child I can and we can't say enough about how much we love him. Such a positive experience for us. He was truly meant to be our son. Burn scars may have stopped him from ever having a forever family. We never saw them in the beginning. Just his smile!!!!! First Grade Fall Pictures.... CHEESE!

Where should I begin? I have been too busy to post this draft and finish writing what needs to be wrote about our Familiverssary Day! Three years ago(july 30 2007) we touched Tessa for the first time. Those big cheeks, little eyes and 3 rolls of chubbiness in her legs. We certainly have enjoyed watching her blossom and come to find comfort in her new world. She is sooo active, so whitty, so bossy and truly beautiful. While she is still our tornado she is forever our beautiful daughter. She loves life, loves her brother Trey and can't wait to be 5 to ride the school bus. She loves babies.... Everywhere we go she has to go look at the baby. Tessa loves to go to the beach to play in the sand. Not too sure about getting all the way in the water but thinks having PBJ's at the beach is just the best. We will forever be greatful for her birthmom for allowing us to give her our crazy life and love here with our family. We can't imagine life without her. We love you Tessa!!!!
Trey so active when we first got him in Taiwan(August 6 2009), so inquisitive, so overwhelmed by all the toys and things to do and see when he first came home. He walked into our lives, our hearts and still is such a gem. Trey went to Kindergarten the 3rd week home with no English and soared. He is now 9 wks into first grade and is off and running. Excelling in Science and Math. He is starting to read, making 100's on his spelling tests and is such a well behaved student. He too is such a character. Funny, jokester and caring little boy. Loves his little sister a whole lot and his big brothers and sisters also. Loves Batman. Trey learned to swim in 5 lessons. He loves the ocean and the water. We never in our wildest dreams thought we would adopt 2 from Taiwan. We truly are blessed to have these 2 gifts in our lives. We had a fabulous weekend celebrating their Gotcha days together. We will be forever greatful to Trey's birthmom for giving birth to such a beautiful little boy. And his foster parents for caring for him for 4 1/2 years before he was ours.... We are so thankful to be able to stay connected with them through photos, cards, gifts etc. They did a great job with Trey. We can't wait to see what life brings in the future with all 5 of our beautiful children. I wish my Dad was here to share in the happiness that the 2 he never met has brought to our lives..... I know he knows......
