Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!
We had a very great Christmas. All the children were very happy with Santa Claus this year. Too many goodies. But so worth seeing Trey's eyes when he came downstairs for his first Christmas. They have played all day. We will continue to un bury our house in the coming few days from the Santa Claus visit. Wish us luck.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our Family and Friends.

Twas the Night Before Christmas!

Trey's 1st Christmas Ever! He is so excited... I have to tell ya he sang through Target the other night. Belting out Santa Claus is coming to town in almost perfect Chinglish. So darn cute. I never once asked him to quiet down. This is truly what the spirit of Christmas is all about. The Children. Both little ones down by 7:30. Yipee!!!!
Merry Christmas!

Christmas time at our House

Family of 5 kiddos all smiling no crying, just perfect.
Melting our hearts this photo. Of our babies...

Trey has gained 6lbs. in the almost 5 months he has been home and he really needed that. What a beautiful addition he has been to our family. As he looked at our family photos in the house up on the wall he wanted to know where he was. I would say you were still in Taiwan. His response .... Oh No..... Yep buddy. It too seems like he has always been our son so to him I feel he might think the feeling is the same. He knows he is ours. We still continue to see how very sweet and loving he is. He is such a good boy. Such a good sleeper. Thank Heavens.... and truly just so thankful for everything he has.

Trey makes his and Mei Mei's(lil sis) beds every morning and even our bed. WOW>>>>> easy peasy this little guy is. Loving Tae Kwon Do still and all around just so smart and a great little guy. I would imagine since we really haven't had any major meltdowns or anything that he to has just settled in just so nicely. He loves everything about having his first Christmas. Trey speaks great English and tells me more and more about his foster family, what he had in his room there, and just some general things about Taiwan.

It is great that he has just walked right into our lives with out any turning back. He loves life.... We love him very much too....He was meant to be ours!

Tessa has never been professionally photographed. She really up until about 6 mos ago probably would have never let go of me enough to do a photo shoot by herself. She is just so beautiful and so busy. Can't believe she is 3 yrs old and has been home for 3 Christmas's already. We never thought we would have more then 3 children and look we are up to 5. Feeling pretty darned blessed to have been able to bring these 2 beautiful children into our lives.

Happy 3rd Birthday Tessa(October 20th)

First I might say I forgot to put this post in in the mix of all our business... Haven't had much time to blog with all the going ons in our house. It is so hard to believe our Tessa is already 3. She is still our spicey girl, busy, opinionated and surely rules this house and her new older brother.
We love you Tessa! Happy Birthday!

Halloween Time at Our House!

After the veil came the princess headress... she loves to wear this.

makes me want to cry,,,, knowing someday she will be a little grown up looking just as beautiful on her real wedding day. We love ya sweet Tessa.

Well, Tatumn, you made a beautiful witch. Lets hope ya stay this way through middle school next year... He He.... Love ya doodlebug.

Trey could hardly wait for this day... Unfortunately he was not feeling good...
He had the horrible flu crud for 7 days and is still hacking.... We took him out briefly. We would not let him miss his first Halloween for the world....
Handsome Spiderman did not want to wear his mask so I drew some spiders on his face and he loved them....

A fun day before Halloween. Tessa is starting to dress up in play clothes.
Trey was truly enjoying all the decor for Halloween. When we explained how you wear your costume, go to neighbors doors, ring the door bell, say Trick or Treat and they give you candy in your pumpkin bucket he thought that was way cool...
But he said TOOLLLLLL!!!!!
My little guy is speaking all English now and we really understand almost everything he says... We are so proud of him. He is a sweet, sweet boy.

Grandparents Visit

Bob's Dad

Bob's Mom... I asked her if she needed earplugs for Tessa several times... I never passed them out but should have.... They really enjoyed their visit....

Trey has had this funny way of showing me old since we were in Taiwan and now Tessa has learned it also... Crazzzyyyy kids....

I just don't know how my little guy is going to survive the cold here... This was our first cold snap and he thought he would die and needed to have everything on to be warm. It was about 46 degrees so it was chilly....

this is what happens around 7:30 if they sit still to hear a story....Such a sweet picture.
